On July 9, 2026, the press conference for the 18th China (Beijing) International Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines and Mining Machines Exhibition (BICES 2027) was held in Beijing. At the event, Lv Ying, Deputy Secretary General of China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA) and General Manager of Beijing Asiamachine International Convention & Exhibition Ltd. (BAICE), delivered a presentation on Preparations for BICES 2027. The following are the highlights of her remarks:
I am delighted to introduce the preparations for the 18th China (Beijing) International Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines and Mining Machines Exhibition (BICES 2027) at today's press conference marking the official launch of the exhibition's preparatory work. On behalf of Beijing Asiamachine International Convention & Exhibition Ltd. (BAICE), the exclusive organizer of the exhibition, I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to representatives of user organizations, members of the media and colleagues from across the industry for joining us today.
During the 14th Five-Year Plan period, China's construction machinery industry remained committed to fostering a new development paradigm and accelerating the cultivation of new quality productive forces. Significant progress was made in transforming the industry's growth model, optimizing its industrial structure, expanding overseas business, and increasing exports of construction machinery products, resulting in remarkable achievements in high-quality development. As Chairman Su Zimeng highlighted in his analysis of the industry's performance and outlook, the industry's innovation capability has continued to improve, new progress has been made in strengthening the industrial foundation, the modernization of the industrial chain has advanced steadily, and the replacement of existing equipment with new intelligent and electric-powered machinery is accelerating.
At the same time, we are fully aware that the industry is facing challenges, including slower growth in demand from traditional markets and intensifying international competition. Meanwhile, breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, robotics, new energy and other emerging technologies are reshaping the industry landscape. The comprehensive transformation of the industry toward intelligence, green development and integration, together with accelerated globalization, has become an irreversible trend. Against this backdrop, BICES 2027 is positioned as the world's premier platform for unveiling the latest green and intelligent products, where the newest achievements of the global construction machinery industry will make their debut through product launches, exhibitions and live demonstrations. BICES will not only serve as a window for the world to witness China's green and intelligent transformation in construction machinery, but also as a bridge connecting China's construction machinery industry with the global development of green and intelligent technologies. Reflecting the industry's rapid advancement toward intelligence, green development and integration, BICES 2027 will carefully optimize its exhibition layout to comprehensively showcase the latest technological innovations and application achievements from the global construction machinery industry, particularly those from China, over the past two years.
Next, on behalf of the exclusive organizer, I am pleased to present a detailed introduction to BICES 2027 from five perspectives: the exhibition's basic information, exhibition layout, exhibitor participation policies, concurrent events, and visitor promotion and organization.
Exhibition Overview
BICES 2027 will be held from September 22 to 25, 2027, with September 22–24 designated as Professional Visitor Days and September 25 as Public Open Day.
The exhibition will once again take place at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue) in Beijing, occupying Halls E1–E4 together with an outdoor exhibition area.
The theme of BICES 2027 is " Green and Intelligence lead to excellence ". Building upon the industry vision of "High-end, Green, Intelligent and Future" introduced at BICES 2025, the new theme reflects the development priorities of China's 15th Five-Year Plan, the rapid advancement of global technologies, the cultivation of new quality productive forces, and the evolving landscape of the global construction machinery industry. It comprises two complementary dimensions: Green Intelligence Leads, highlighting the industry's development pathway and core driving forces, and Excellence Shared, emphasizing collaborative development and shared value creation. Together, they embody strategic policy direction, industry vision, a global perspective and practical significance.
Closely aligned with the transformation of manufacturing toward high-end, intelligent and integrated development, as well as the Dual Carbon strategy and the development of new quality productive forces, Green Intelligence Leads underscores the pivotal role of new energy, autonomous operation, digital twins and other cutting-edge technologies, demonstrating the technological strength and industry leadership of China's construction machinery sector in driving global industrial transformation. Optimized Exhibition Layout
Reflecting the industry's rapid transition toward intelligence, green development and integration, BICES 2027 has comprehensively upgraded its exhibition layout. The exhibition will feature four themed indoor exhibition halls and an outdoor live demonstration area:
Hall E1 – Digital Intelligence & Green Mobility: Low-Carbon Technology and Equipment Hall

Hall E4 – Green Intelligent Connectivity & Logistics Robotics Hall
Featuring intelligent connected supply chain solutions, smart industrial vehicles, logistics robots and other emerging technologies and equipment, reflecting the latest progress in intelligent industrial and supply chain development.
Outdoor Demonstration Area – Intelligent, Green, Integrated and Scenario-Based Solutions
Showcasing autonomous operation, electrification, smart construction technologies and equipment, together with live demonstrations in simulated working environments.
In addition, dedicated feature zones tailored to specific sectors and application scenarios will be established throughout the exhibition halls and themed areas. Further details will be announced in due course.
Exhibitor Participation Policy
Despite the continued rise in exhibition operating costs and the increasing pressure on the organizers, BICES remains committed to serving the industry and creating greater value for exhibitors. After careful evaluation and thorough consideration, we have decided to maintain the overall exhibition participation fees at the current level. In addition, exhibitors who complete their application and pay the required deposit by December 25, 2026 will continue to enjoy a 5% early-bird discount, as a gesture of appreciation for their longstanding trust and support.
Booth allocation will be arranged in a fair and coordinated manner, taking into account exhibitors' participation history, application date and deposit payment date.
We warmly welcome enterprises and organizations from the construction machinery, building material machinery, mining machinery and related industries around the world to exhibit at BICES 2027. Upgraded Concurrent Events
The concurrent events of BICES 2027 will be comprehensively enhanced. Building on the success of signature events from previous editions—including the User Festival, the China-Africa Construction Machinery Cooperation and Development Forum, the Excavating Machinery Industry Conference, the Construction Machinery Green Industry Development Forum, and the Construction Machinery Rental Industry Conference—greater emphasis will be placed on organizing business matchmaking meetings between exhibitors and users, as well as high-level forums exploring the future direction of industry development and technological innovation.
On the one hand, we will organize a series of practical and results-oriented supply-demand matchmaking events. Working closely with exhibitors and user associations well in advance, we will jointly develop specialized programs that enable precise business matching and more efficient cooperation through the BICES platform.
On the other hand, we will host a series of high-level industry forums focusing on key topics such as the electrification of construction machinery, intelligent construction applications and other emerging industry trends, bringing together leading experts to exchange insights and discuss future development.
At the same time, we will further strengthen the organization of international conferences by inviting more international industry associations, enterprises and media organizations to participate, further enhancing the global influence and industry standing of BICES.
The China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue) has significantly upgraded and expanded its exhibition and conference facilities. Strengthening Visitor Promotion
Professional visitor organization remains one of the keys to the success of BICES. Building on the achievements of the previous edition, BICES 2027 will further strengthen its multi-tier, full-industry-chain visitor promotion program.
At BICES 2025, professional visitors came from 85 countries and regions, representing an increase of 13 countries and regions compared with BICES 2023.
Building on this success, BICES 2027 will further enhance its international visitor services by upgrading its global promotion, invitation and reception programs.
First, we will establish broader partnerships with industry media and trade associations in key overseas markets, with promotional efforts focusing on Central Asia, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South America and Africa.
Second, we will further strengthen promotion through international digital media and social media platforms, expanding our global outreach through diversified communication channels and continuously enhancing the international visibility of BICES.
Third, subject to approval by the Board of Directors, additional resources will be allocated to international visitor promotion, creating more opportunities for overseas professionals to attend the exhibition for business exchange and cooperation.
We will also make full use of China's expanding visa-free policies and its continuously improving travel and payment facilitation measures for international visitors to attract more overseas professionals to BICES 2027.
The preparations for BICES 2027 have officially commenced. In line with the industry's rapid transition toward intelligence, green development and integration, we will continue to optimize the exhibition layout, organize high-level concurrent events, strengthen the recruitment of domestic and international exhibitors and key users, expand global promotion through diversified communication channels, and steadily advance every aspect of the exhibition's preparations.
