•China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA), was registered and approved by the vimistry of Civil Affairsof People's Republic of China, is a national organization with the legal person posiion voluntarily established by andconsisting of the manufacturers, distributors, institutes, universities, users and service suppliers of conrructionmachinery industry, and was rewarded as AAAA level association by the Ministry of Cicil Affairs of China.

•China Council for the Promotion of International Trade - Machinery Sub-Council (CCPIT - MSC), is a sub-council of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) which is the most important and the largest institution for the promotion of foreign trade in China.

•China Construction Machinery Co.Ltd. (CNCMC), is a state-owned company under the supervision of State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council (SASAC).

CNCMC is a large-scale enterprise group engaged in the manufacturing, sales and service of construction machinery, building materials machinery and mining machinery.
