From September 23 to 26, the 17th China (Beijing) International Construction Machinery, Building Material Machines and Mining Machines Exhibition (BICES 2025) was grandly held at the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue) under the theme “Digital, Green, and Smart Future.” China Communications Tianhe Machinery Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (CCCCTH) took the stage with a strong lineup of exhibits, highlighting its achievements in high-end, intelligent, and green development.

At the exhibition, CCCTH’s “Cangyuan” made its debut at BICES 2025. This China-made super large-diameter shield machine—equipped with a “digital brain,” “intelligent cutting teeth,” and a pioneering “smart heart”—boasts a diameter of 16.66 meters and a total weight of 5,650 tons, showcasing how China’s “national heavy equipment” tackles world-class tunneling challenges. The machine has already been deployed in the Hai-Tai Yangtze River Tunnel, the world’s longest underwater highway shield tunnel.

Also on display were several other breakthrough models, including the “Shouchuang”, the world’s first hard rock vertical shaft boring machine designed for high-altitude, high-cold, and large-depth environments; the “Shengli”, a hard rock TBM using an innovative grouting construction method; the “Yunhe”, a large-diameter slurry balance shield machine for the Beijing East Sixth Ring Road project; as well as the 12.12m Kanapuri River Tunnel TBM in Bangladesh, the 13.19m Jakarta-Bandung High-Speed Rail TBM in Indonesia, an intelligent shaft drilling rig for coal mining, and a rescue shield machine.
Through these models and scale displays, CCCCTH demonstrated its technological strength and core competitiveness in green, low-carbon, digital, and intelligent development.
Looking ahead, CCCCTH will remain focused on high-end, green, and smart innovation, deepen its core technology research, and continue to deliver world-class equipment and solutions to support global infrastructure development and industry-wide supply chain upgrading.
