Munich, Germany – On April 7 local time, Sunward Intelligent Equipment Co., Ltd. made a powerful appearance at bauma 2025 (Booth No. FN618/10), showcasing a lineup of 25 high-end machines, including 12 new models. Nearly 50% of the new products on display were electric-powered, underscoring Sunward's firm commitment to innovation, sustainability, and customized solutions for the European market.

On the opening day of the exhibition, Su Zimeng, President of the China Construction Machinery Association (CCMA), Wu Peiguo, Secretary-General, Li Jianyoo, Vice President, and Qi Jun, Honorary President and Special Advisor, visited the Sunward booth and held discussions with Fu Xiangdong, Chairman of Sunward. The delegation recognized Sunward’s pioneering role in exporting excavators to the European market and affirmed the company’s innovative capabilities and internationalization strategy.

Electric machines take the stage, showcasing Industry Leadership!

At bauma 2025, Sunward’s electric excavator series underscored its forward-thinking approach to sustainable construction. The newly launched SWE10FE and SWE20FE models combine compact design with robust performance. With zero emissions and ultra-low noise, they are ideal for urban and indoor construction environments. The 6-ton SWE60UFE electric excavator offers excellent energy efficiency and fast-charging technology, while the upgraded 24-ton SWE240FE meets the demanding needs of large-scale projects with a modern aesthetic and enhanced performance.

Sunward also showcased its full-electric scissor and articulating boom aerial work platforms, further expanding its lineup of green equipment. Among them, the newly launched SWA18JE-P all-electric rough-terrain articulating boom lift stood out. Equipped with lithium batteries, a four-wheel drive system, and oscillating axle technology, the model vividly demonstrates Sunward’s philosophy of “Innovation Drives Green Development.”

Customized foundation equipment makes its debut, demonstrating technical expertise!

Targeting the European and North American markets, Sunward has custom-developed the PRO series rotary drilling rigs. Making their debut at bauma 2025 are three new models: the SWDM85SW, SWDM135S, and SWDM165S. With working depths ranging from 13 to 24 meters, these rigs are designed with a focus on precision, reliability, and efficiency—making them powerful tools for a wide range of infrastructure construction projects.

All equipment on display is integrated with Sunward’s independently developed “Shanhe Xiangyun” digital platform. Built on an “Intelligent IoT + Cloud Collaboration” architecture, the platform aims to create a digital construction ecosystem, driving a transformation from experience-based to data-driven construction management.

Comprehensive earthmoving machinery lineup showcases versatile appeal!

Europe remains one of Sunward’s key international markets for excavators. At this year’s show, Sunward presented 12 models spanning from 1 to 24 tons, creating a full-spectrum solution for diverse construction scenarios. From the agile and compact new SWE08F mini excavator to the high-performance SWE240FE, the lineup highlighted the diversity and strength of the company’s offerings.

Among the models, the SWE20F-1 features a newly designed operator cabin that enhances comfort and ease of use, while the SWE155FW wheeled excavator stands out for its exceptional mobility, making it an ideal choice for urban infrastructure and transportation projects.

For narrow and confined job sites, Sunward’s SWE25UF, SWE35UF, and the newly launched SWE50UF offer excellent maneuverability and accessibility. The SWE90UF-2PB and SWE155UF-2PB models are engineered to provide dependable solutions for complex operations in enclosed environments.

Also on display were Sunward’s newly released compact wheeled loaders—SL06W and SL12W—designed as versatile tools for material handling and site leveling. The SWL2830 skid steer loader and the SWTL4538 compact track loader deliver precise control, exceptional durability, and high-efficiency performance to meet diverse construction demands.

Aerial work platforms showcase sunward’s innovation strength!

The exhibition also marked the global debut of Sunward’s first Europe-customized telescopic handler, the SWTH3507. This milestone product, designed for rigorous construction and industrial applications, stands out with its outstanding lifting performance and innovative design.

Sunward’s continuously expanding lineup of scissor and articulating boom aerial work platforms was also on full display. The electric SWSL0807DC and SWSL1412DC scissor lifts offer eco-friendly solutions for urban and indoor construction projects. The SWSL2023RT rough-terrain scissor lift ensures reliable performance on complex terrain. The newly launched SWA18JE-P articulating boom lift, along with the classic SWA16JE model, highlighted Sunward’s capabilities in aerial equipment innovation with their precise handling and wide working radius.

During bauma 2025, Sunward Chairman Fu Xiangdong led a delegation to Munich to conduct on-site visits and research into international customer demands and market conditions.
