Distinguished exhibitors, users, media representatives, event organizers, and friends from exhibition service organizations:
Good morning, everyone!
With the strong support from all sectors of the industry, the 17th China (Beijing) International Construction Machinery, Building Materials Machines, and Mining Machines Exhibition (hereinafter referred to as BICES 2025)—the longest-standing and highly influential high-quality industry event in China and globally—is progressing smoothly in its preparations. It will be presented as scheduled from September 23 to 26, 2025, at t the China International Exhibition Center (Shunyi Venue) in Beijing to a broad audience of domestic and international users, visitors, various sectors of society, and the people of the capital.
Now, I will report to everyone present here—and through you, to the broad community of exhibitors, industry enterprises, users, and friends worldwide—on the preparation progress of BICES 2025 from five key aspects.
- Exhibitors, themed exhibition zones, and featured areas are basically ready, with new quality productivity in the industry to be fully showcased.
Exhibitor registration has exceeded expectations. To date, the registered exhibition area has reached the planned hall capacity, with the total exhibition space exceeding 150,000 square meters. The number of registered exhibitors has increased by more than 10% year-on-year, especially with a rapid growth in exhibitors from the high-end, intelligent, and green industrial supply chains. Meanwhile, a number of companies have recently contacted us regarding participation, and some exhibitors are still completing internal approval procedures. In response, we will further explore the potential of the exhibition space to accommodate as many additional exhibitors as possible who wish to participate in BICES 2025.
The exhibition layout is basically finalized. BICES 2025 is organized around the theme of “High-end, Green, Smart and Future,” featuring four main themed halls: Green Development, Major National Equipment, High-end Supporting and Fundamental Projects, and Intelligent & Industrial Internet. The event will focus on showcasing companies’ high-end, intelligent, green, large-scale equipment, technologies, and services in an outdoor comprehensive display area. Additionally, thirteen specialized themed zones are being prepared smoothly and will be presented on schedule.
Regarding the overall organization of exhibitors for this edition, BICES 2025 presents several distinct characteristics:
(1) Corporate headquarters participate as a whole. Leading companies in the industry, as well
as many key enterprises along the supply and industrial chains, will showcase under their headquarters’ brand and overall corporate image.
(2) An unprecedented richness of exhibition content. Many exhibitors plan to use the BICES 2025 platform to collectively showcase various innovative achievements since the 14th Five-Year Plan period, especially those from the past two years. This includes high-end, intelligent, green, unmanned, and highly reliable technologies, products, and solutions that meet the demands of major engineering projects.
(3) The exhibitor lineup will bring greater anticipation. Many new exhibitors, as well as those who have not participated in BICES for the past one or two editions, have registered to participate with large exhibition areas, which is worthy of attention.
(4) The newly introduced featured zones, including the Attachments Zone and the Remanufacturing Zone, will offer visitors a brand-new and immersive experience. A large number of major industry players have already signed up for large-scale participation, including: Liugong, Sany, Shantui, XCMG, Zoomlion, SDLG, TZCO, Caterpilla, Anhui Heli, Hangcha, CRCHI, Jonyang, Roadway, Yantai Eddie, Qingdao Ketai(青岛科泰, Henan Jiachen, Hebei Xuangong, Tangshan Shenghang, Sichuan Lanhai, Shandong Mingde, Shandong Dimeng, Hefei Polante, CREG, Weichai, Qingdao LKC, Sterrett (Suzhou), Beijing Jietai Hongli,
Zhangjiakou Huatai, Hebei Xindong, Hengli Hydraulic, Cummins, Kawasaki, Zhejiang Kaishan,
Tianjin Shuangxiang, Saintbond Group, Shandong Jiafeng, Anhui Mate, Jining Ruishi, Jining Forestcat, Hubei Ruiyate, Sunshine Wear‑Resistant Parts, Sicoma, Taikai Ying Tech, Haian Rubber and so on.
Next, we will organize the booth layout in an orderly manner based on the order of exhibitor registrations and their participation history in previous exhibitions. Once all exhibitors have confirmed their booths, the floor plan will be released as soon as possible.
